By changing the necessary technical skills of the measurer from engineer level to part-time level, we can reduce measurement costs!

We would like to introduce the measurement automation using the system "XCAL-Manager," which controls measurement tools remotely. Traditionally, each measurer created AutoCall scenarios based on measurement specifications, but there were many measurement errors and high measurement labor costs, which became problematic. Therefore, we propose that all AutoCall scenarios created with XCAL-Manager can be applied to all measurement tools, allowing real-time monitoring of the measurement status. This enables the office to check the on-site situation and quickly confirm measurement results, speeding up the verification process.
